Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish trusting therapeutic relationships with clients to encourage open and honest communication.

• Conduct thorough intakes and assessments to determine client needs, goals, and barriers to treatment.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances based on evidence-based practices.

• Engage in regular therapy sessions with clients, adjusting treatment strategies as indicated by progress and setbacks.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation as per regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.

• Collaborate effectively with other professionals, referring clients to outside specialists when comprehensive care is needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your expertise will help foster resilience and provide clients with the tools they need to improve their mental health outcomes, ultimately leading to healthier families and communities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health therapy or integration counseling services.

• Strong commitment to ethical standards and the ability to maintain client confidentiality.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and engage effectively with colleagues.

• Proficiency in current mental health practices, therapy techniques, and relevant software necessary for remote therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and capabilities.
