As a Remote Therapist, you will work from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice within the United States. Our outpatient setting is fully virtual, allowing you to connect with clients through secure telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring they are engaging and beneficial for up to 8 clients at a time.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions on a schedule that best fits your availability, with options for both part-time and full-time commitments.
\n
• Participate in regular case discussions with fellow clinicians to collaborate on treatment strategies and share insights.
\n
• Utilize cloud-based communication tools to manage client interactions, documentation, and follow-ups effectively.
\n
• Stay informed on the latest research and practices in mental health to continuously enhance your skill set.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults facing a range of mental health issues. These include anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as substance use concerns. Your role is critical in helping clients navigate these challenges, providing them with the tools necessary to achieve positive outcomes and improve their overall wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
\n
• A valid state license to practice as a mental health therapist (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) or a junior-licensed clinician under supervision.

• Availability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week, with opportunities to increase hours based on your chosen classification (1099 or W2).
\n
• Technical proficiency in using telehealth platforms and cloud-based communication systems.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adolescent populations or in a telehealth setting is favorable.

• Strong background in providing group therapy or facilitating engaging sessions is a plus.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
