Supply Chain Specialist

Summary The Supply Chain Specialist assists in the coordination of all customer product requirements including entering sales orders, contract pricing, rebate schemes, sales reports. They will act as a liaison with customers and provide information, answer questions and resolve problems that our customers may face. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Receive and process incoming orders. Handle order revisions, cancellations, product returns or exchanges. Communicate with customers and sales staff about orders, delivery dates and any changes. Update sales forecast volumes and prices to ensure accurate forecasts. Maintain accurate spreadsheets with customer order information. Organize customer files and pertinent information. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Excel, word, power point) Preferred Qualifications 2 year College Degree Previous experience in Sales, Supply Chain, and/or Customer Service. Proven ability to create and maintain positive customer relationships.
