Join us today and discover why MB2 is widely acclaimed for its unmatched culture and community.Role & ResponsibilitiesInitiate the onboarding process for new hires across the U.S., providing support and ensuring completion of necessary onboarding paperworkGuide new hires through the I-9 process, securing all required documentation in a timely mannerVerify dental licensure and dental board requirements for clinical staffAccurately input new hire information into our HRIS, ensuring compliance with company policies as well as state and federal legal requirementsWork closely with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Payroll, Compliance, and Operations teams to coordinate onboarding activities and progressAudit and maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all federal regulations related to onboarding and employment verificationContribute to the development of onboarding frameworks to support organizational growthHandle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality, discretion, and data securityQualifications1-2 years of Employee Onboarding or Human Resources experience is requiredFamiliarity with multi-state employment practices and labor law requirements preferred.Experience navigating and reporting through an HR/Payroll system, preferably PaycomExperience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably iCIMSExperience with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and ExcelCollaborative and curious, with strong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable with change and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with variable workloadPolished and professional presentation and communication styleMB2 Dental Solutions, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.INDHRM200#INDHRM200Job Summary
