Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting to the needs of all family members.

• Assessing clients' psychological and emotional needs to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitating discussions on topics such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques to guide clients towards achieving their mental health goals.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create an integrated treatment plan that addresses both mental and physical health issues.

• Documenting treatment progress and maintaining accurate patient records in compliance with confidentiality regulations.

• Participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Current and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) status in the state of California.
