Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical cases to assess their functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans that focus on achieving each patient's functional goals and rehabilitation milestones.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training, to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on proper movement mechanics, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies to empower them in their recovery.
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to track progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices to continuously improve treatment strategies and outcomes.

This role primarily focuses on treating patients recovering from various orthopedic conditions, including sports-related injuries, surgical procedures such as joint replacements, and chronic pain issues. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
