Primary Care Physician - Outpatient - Henderson, NV

We have multiple Full-Time Employed Primary Care Physician opportunities in Las Vegas, Nevada with a growing, national Medicare Advantage group.


This group is experiencing significant growth and offers a value-based care model focused on quality outcomes, smaller patient panels, and meaningful provider-patient relationships. Physicians are supported by a collaborative, team-based environment that includes dedicated clinical and administrative resources, allowing you to practice medicine with a strong emphasis on preventative care and population health management.


Locations: Henderson, Paradise, Rancho, East

Salary : Base starts at $260,000 with 20% annual bonus

POTENTIAL Per YEAR with bonus: $312,000

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care to a panel of senior patients with a value-based care organization focused on Medicare Advantage.
• 36 patient-facing hours per week
• Average 12-14 patients/day
• Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm
• No weekends and limited call rotation for telephonic engagement only

Qualifications:

• Must be board certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with experience in an outpatient setting.
• DEA with no restrictions.
• Active Nevada License
