What You’ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a 26-bed Level III NICU and a 6-bed Level II NICU
• Utilize advanced technologies such as body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, including surgery and maternal-fetal medicine teams
• Lead clinical care, participate in quality improvement projects, and mentor staff
• Engage in teaching and educational activities for residents and staff
• Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards
• Promote a positive, patient-centered environment in a dynamic hospital setting

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Valid Nevada medical license or ability to obtain one
• Current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of neonatal care experience preferred

Preferred:

• Experience working in Level II/III NICU environments
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical setting
