What You’ll Do

• Provide expert clinical care to newborns in a Level II/III NICU environment
• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies, including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatric surgeons, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and OB hospitalists
• Lead or assist with teaching and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergency neonatal resuscitation and interventions
• Support a team of dedicated nurses and ancillary staff to ensure high standards of patient care
• Engage in community outreach and education programs
• Promote a healthy work/life balance through flexible scheduling

What You Need

• Active or pending board certification in Neonatology
• Valid Nevada medical license or eligibility
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and clinical skills
