What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert clinical care to neonates in a Level II and Level III NICU environment.
• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies such as body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatric surgeons, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and OB hospitalists.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing training and education.
• Engage with nurses and support staff to ensure the highest standards of neonatal care.
• Contribute to a supportive, collegial workplace environment designed to promote work/life balance.

What You Need:

• Valid MD/DO license with BC/BE in Neonatology
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in neonatal intensive care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, advanced medical environment
