Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $3,334.50

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and medically or surgically manage retinal diseases.
• Perform vitreoretinal procedures independently in a dedicated retina ASC.
• Collaborate with a specialized team of retina-trained staff, nurses, and technicians.
• Manage a busy patient schedule, supporting both clinic and surgical cases.
• Support the practice's clinical and surgical operations in a retina-only environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the ModMed EMR system.
• Support resident and fellow education (if applicable).

What You Need

• Required:

  • Board Certification in Ophthalmology with retina specialization.
  • Nevada medical license or IMLC.
  • DEA license.
  • Ability to perform independent vitreoretinal procedures.

• Preferred:

  • Prior experience in a retina-only practice or surgical center.
  • Strong diagnostic and surgical skills.
