Senior Technical Project Manager

Senior Technical Project Manager (11+ Years Experience) We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with 11+ years of experience leading enterprise IT projects and delivering high-quality technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project delivery, stakeholder management, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership. You will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to successful deployment while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software, cloud, and digital transformation projects. Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and DevOps teams. Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely sprint execution. Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues. Monitor project progress, budgets, KPIs, and communicate status to leadership. Manage project governance, release planning, and production deployments. Ensure compliance with SDLC, quality standards, and organizational best practices. Mentor project teams and promote collaboration and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 11+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects. Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, and ServiceNow. Solid understanding of Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), DevOps, CI/CD, APIs, Microservices, and SDLC. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Certifications PMP Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
