Orthopedic Physical Therapist or PTA with interest in Pregnancy and Postpartum Challenges

Job Description Womens Advantage / Mens Optimal Health Physical Therapy is a specialty pelvic health clinic that has been serving the South Bay for over 20 years. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a full‑time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our Torrance clinic as soon as possible. The primary focus of the position is to treat a range of orthopaedic diagnoses—including spine, hip, pelvis—and to support pregnant and postpartum mothers in their pregnancy journey, birth preparation, and post‑partum recovery. Mentorship is available for candidates who fit our culture and clinical skill set. The clinic serves all genders for pelvic‑health challenges, pediatric bladder and bowel dysfunctions, oncology rehabilitation, and general orthopaedics. We also provide Pilates mat and reformer classes to clients during or after their PT plan of care. Our practice is insurance‑based, offering 45‑minute one‑on‑one sessions with a PT or PTA and does not use aides. Our main location in Torrance occupies a 5,200‑square‑foot expanded space with 12 private treatment rooms. A satellite clinic in Long Beach will also be adding staff in the next year.
