Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow AI Developer to support the development, configuration, testing, and enhancement of AI-enabled solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, platform configuration, AI-driven automation, testing, and quality assurance practices.

This role will focus on building and enhancing AI Agent products, improving agent intelligence, supporting pilot implementations, and collaborating with global teams across EMEA, APAC, and AMS regions.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development & Configuration

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Support ServiceNow platform customization, workflows, integrations, and automation initiatives.
• Participate in technical design discussions and solution reviews.
• Develop scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

AI Agent Development & Enhancement

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI-powered ServiceNow Agent products, including:
  • Technical Design Agents
  • Configuration (Config) Agents
  • AI Testing & Quality Agents
• Refine AI agent prompts, workflows, logic, and behaviors to improve:
  • Accuracy
  • Reliability
  • User Experience
  • Business Value
• Support AI-enabled delivery and automation initiatives.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Perform smoke testing, peer reviews, and validation activities.
• Support AI testing and quality-focused practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and validate fixes.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and review processes.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, test results, and implementation guides.
• Document AI agent configurations, enhancements, and operational procedures.
• Maintain knowledge repositories and reusable assets.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Investigate and resolve platform and AI agent-related issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements.
• Support pilot deployments and production stabilization activities.

Global Collaboration

• Work closely with teams across:
  • EMEA
  • APAC
  • AMS
• Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional workshops.
