WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Plumbing Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems while helping homeowners understand what is happening and what needs to happen next. * Diagnose and repair leaks, fixtures, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, and water-pressure problems * Clear drain stoppages and identify sewer-line concerns * Diagnose, repair, and maintain standard and tankless water heaters * Work with gas piping, water-quality equipment, and other residential plumbing systems * Identify safety, code, and performance concerns * Explain findings and appropriate options clearly and without pressure * Deliver a respectful, professional customer experience on every call * Maintain accurate service documentation, estimates, and invoices * Communicate with dispatch, management, and the rest of the team * Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked * Participate in the on-call rotation and ongoing training * Follow company safety, quality, and plumbing-code standards Requirements WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Three years of residential plumbing service experience requested, but not required * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills * Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems and safe work practices * Excellent communication and customer-service skills * Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company requirements * Dependable, self-motivated, and ready to be part of a team * Commitment to quality workmanship and doing the right thing * Relevant licenses, certifications, apprenticeships, or manufacturer training are a plus * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Benefits WHY TRAVIS CRAWFORD?
