Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with ECATS (Exceptional Children Accountability Tracking System)
• Proven ability to effectively manage caseloads, IEPs, and collaborate with educators and families
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Comfort with remote interviewing via Zoom

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech-language needs
• Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and support staff
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in eligibility, team, and professional development meetings
• Offer guidance, resources, and support to parents/guardians throughout students’ therapy
