Program Coordinator

We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as a HOME Programs Coordinator I, supporting the administration and operations of HOME Programs and Project Finance activities. In this role, you'll provide administrative and financial support, assist with compliance monitoring, and help coordinate communications across the department. Job Responsibilities Include: Provide administrative and operational support to HOME Programs and Project Finance staff, including managing files, preparing materials, handling document management, assist with special projects, research, and financial reporting Manage accounts payable activities, prepare monthly reimbursement requests, and coordinate reconciliations with the Federal Programs Accountant Support program monitoring and compliance efforts, including annual occupancy compliance activities, affordability period tracking, and collection of audits, documentation, and reporting Prepare notices, legal publications, meeting agendas, minutes, monthly reports, and correspondence Serve as a point of contact for general inquiries, providing timely and courteous support to internal and external partners Other job duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, loan servicing, accounting support, affordable housing, or a related field Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel Moderate travel may be required #J-18808-Ljbffr RiseMe
