Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to adults aged 40-65, treating an average of three patients per hour.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that promote mobility, enhance strength, and improve functional abilities.
• Implement hands-on therapeutic techniques and exercises to address specific patient needs and facilitate recovery.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies to encourage active participation in their recovery process.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, chiropractor, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants as part of an integrated approach to health.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress in our CureMD EMR system, ensuring compliance with all legal and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on adult patients, particularly those aged between 40 and 65, who may be recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. You will be instrumental in helping them regain functionality and improve their quality of life through personalized treatment and rehabilitative exercises tailored to their specific circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current or eligible Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and clinical skills to effectively convey treatment plans and engage with patients.

Preferred Experience

• While at least two years of outpatient experience is preferred, candidates with relevant skills and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience with specific orthopedic rehabilitation techniques and tools will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, based on experience and performance. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
