Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities that ensure effective patient care:

• Assist in executing individualized physical therapy treatment plans crafted by supervising Physical Therapists.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, which may include exercise regimens, manual therapy techniques, gait training, and strategies for pain management.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, promptly communicating any changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and their families on prescribed therapeutic exercises, safety measures, and effective home care strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records adhering to all state regulations and institutional policies.
• Guarantee a safe and supportive environment during therapy sessions to foster patient confidence and recovery.
• Collaborate actively with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes through coordinated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will be prepared to work with a diverse patient population, including adult and geriatric patients recovering from surgical procedures, injuries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program with an Associate's degree.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist Assistant license valid in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience working with adult or geriatric populations.
• Experience in outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, or inpatient rehabilitation environments.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year. In addition, our benefits package includes:
