Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and adherence to safety protocols are essentialQualifications: Education Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field. Completion of an accredited CLS or Medical Laboratory Scientist program. Certification Current certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) through ASCP or equivalent. State licensure. Experience 1–2 years of clinical laboratory experience.
