You will build success plans, coordinate across internal and customer stakeholders including executive sponsors, and lead remediation efforts for at-risk accounts. This is a full-time role with a guaranteed 40 hours/week and an 8-hour shift. This is a 6 month contract in San Jose, CA. This is a hybrid position in San Jose.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamBuild and maintain customer success plans and account roadmaps that align to business goalsDrive adoption of the digital marketing platform and related products across stakeholder groupsMonitor account health, identify risk, and lead "get well" plans to remediate issuesFacilitate executive-level meetings, workshops, and presentations with C-suite stakeholdersPartner with cross-functional teams to act as the internal voice of the customer and influence product/process improvementsUse data to track adoption and progress along maturity curves and recommend actionsHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role-4+ years of SaaS/digital marketing Customer Success experienceStrong communication, consulting, and conflict navigation skillsProgram management experience navigating large organizations and driving change across groupsExperience with executive facilitation and presenting to C-suite audiencesProven account planning skills and ability to prioritize under pressureBachelor's degree and/or relevant work experienceKnowledge of digital marketing/media softwareDigital Marketing Platform Knowledge — Adobe Experience Cloud specifically, broader martech familiarityPay Range$43.49 - $54.37/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
