Customer Success ManagerOur client is a global leader in creative software, offering innovative tools for digital media creation, design, and marketing.DutiesAccountable for overall customer success, including renewals, adoption, health, and satisfaction. Builds success plans, networks within accounts, drives adoption of Experience Cloud products, identifies risk, and leads "get well" plans, acts as the internal voice of the customer, and contributes to ongoing process improvements.SkillsExperience in SaaS/digital marketing Customer Success experienceStrong communication, consulting, and conflict navigation skillsProgram management within large organizationsExecutive-level facilitation and C-suite presentationsAccount planningAbility to prioritize under pressureKnowledge of digital marketing/media softwareProgram Management — navigating large organizations, driving change across groupsExecutive Facilitation — leading C-suite meetings, workshops, and presentationsAccount Planning — customer success plans, strategy/roadmap alignmentCustomer Engagement Modeling — tracking and evolving business goalsData-Driven Adoption Analysis — using data to track progress along a maturity curveConflict Mediation — navigating and resolving friction across stakeholdersDigital Marketing Platform Knowledge — Adobe Experience Cloud, specifically, broader MarTech familiarityEducationBachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience.BENEFITS SUMMARY: Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
