Kitchen Supervisor

Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience in itself. However, it's an experience best shared with friends, both new and old. Our goal is to deliver memorable beer moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region, whether they're at home, in their favorite bar, or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery.

What you'll be doing:

Leading our daily back-of-house (BOH) kitchen operations, overseeing staff, prepping and making food, and ensuring each shift runs smoothly! Reporting to the Culinary Operations Manager, the Kitchen Supervisor adds value to our guest experience, promotes a team-focused atmosphere, and ensures a clean, supportive, and efficient work environment.

Part-time with the potential for full-time hours, if desired.

*Evening and weekend availability is a must.*

Pay Range: $19.00 to $22.00 to start based on interview and experience

What you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of food handling experience required
• Previous supervisory experience highly desired
• Flexibility
• Team-focused attitude
• Ability to adapt to changes in volume (think lunch or dinner rush)
• Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time
• Cleanliness
• ServSafe certification a plus
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
