And with competitive compensation and total rewards, you’ll also enjoy our great perks.The Sales Operations Analyst (SOA) serves as a key business partner to the Business Aviation Sales organization, providing data-driven analysis, process optimization, systems support, and cross-functional collaboration. The SOA delivers proactive and reactive analysis, executes recurring processes, supports sales systems, and provides actionable insights across sales pipelines, product lines, shop capacity, markets, territories, sales effectiveness, and business trends. Success requires strong analytical and technical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable information that supports StandardAero’s strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
