Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Actively engage with customers to identify their needs, recommend products or services, and facilitate sales.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and utilizing point-of-sale systems.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive paid training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing solutions to customer concerns.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
