Inside Sales & Lead Generation - B2B Customer Service
Looking to put your cold calling and sales skills to work in a fast-growing company? Custom Fabricating & Supplies (CFS) is seeking a Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative who can prospect and sell, in a B2B environment.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Cold call and prospect new businesses to generate sales opportunities.
- Follow up with inbound leads and nurture potential clients.
- Help and maintain a sales pipeline to meet company growth targets.
- Assist customers with quotes and order processing while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and B2B sales.
- 3+ years in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service with a sales focus.
- Competitive drive with a hunter mentality for new business.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems.
