Implement personalized speech therapy sessions that concentrate on multiple facets including speech clarity, language skills, voice modulation, and swallowing techniques.

Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals such as physical and occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to develop unified treatment approaches.

Educate patients and their families to encourage progress beyond clinical visits.

Assist with occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy, ensuring a seamless experience along the patient's recovery journey.

Maintain precise and timely records in compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Continuously update knowledge in the field through ongoing education and peer engagement.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required unless ASHA-certified.

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification should be obtained within the first month of employment.

Deep knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques across all age groups, specifically in understanding developmental and acquired challenges of speech, language, and swallowing.

Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Adept at customizing therapy techniques to honor varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong clinical reasoning and analytical skills.

Familiarity and comfort with electronic medical records and documentation protocols.
