Ecommerce & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview The Ecommerce & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in growing GLCO’s direct‑to‑consumer business by owning the day‑to‑day execution of CRM, SMS, and loyalty programs while supporting the operational excellence of our Shopify storefront. Reporting to the VP, Marketing & Performance, this hybrid role blends hands‑on lifecycle marketing execution with ecommerce operations — building email and SMS journeys that drive retention, ensuring our product catalog and digital experience are accurate and on‑brand, and supporting cross‑channel coordination across DTC, retail, and wholesale. This is an ideal role for a detail‑oriented operator who is equally energized by writing a clever subject line and by perfecting a product page. You will work across our full digital stack — Klaviyo, Attentive, LoyaltyLion, Shopify, NuOrder, and NetSuite — and partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and IT. Key Responsibilities Build, launch, and maintain email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo — welcome series, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, win‑back, browse abandonment, and replenishment. Build and manage SMS campaigns and journeys in Attentive, including list growth tactics and compliance hygiene. Manage day‑to‑day operations of the LoyaltyLion program — tier setup, point structures, rewards configuration, and member communications. Build and refine customer segments based on purchase behavior, lifecycle stage, RFM, and engagement signals. Execute A/B tests across subject lines, creative, send times, and audiences; document learnings and apply them to the next cycle. Partner with the creative team on email and SMS asset briefs, ensuring brand consistency across all lifecycle touchpoints. Maintain suppression lists, consent compliance (CAN‑SPAM, TCPA, GDPR where applicable), and deliverability hygiene. Shopify & Ecommerce Operations Own day‑to‑day product setup in Shopify — new product creation, variants, metafields, collections, tags, and SEO fields. Maintain site accuracy across pricing, imagery, copy, navigation, and merchandising; uphold a high bar for visual polish. Administer the Shopify app stack — installs, configurations, periodic audits, and troubleshooting. Support new product launches, seasonal drops, and promotional setup end‑to‑end, including pre‑launch QA. Conduct routine QA across the storefront on desktop and mobile to catch errors before customers do. Partner with development resources on theme updates, CRO tests, and digital experience improvements. Support coordination between DTC (Shopify), retail (Shopify POS), and wholesale (NuOrder) on product, pricing, and promotional alignment. Help ensure product information and inventory data flow cleanly between Shopify, NuOrder, and NetSuite; flag and help resolve discrepancies. Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and IT on launch readiness and issue resolution. Reporting & Analytics Support Maintain recurring reporting on lifecycle performance — list growth, segment health, flow revenue, SMS opt‑in rate, and loyalty engagement. Track core ecommerce KPIs — conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase rate, retention, and ROAS contribution. Surface insights and growth opportunities from campaign and customer data; support ad hoc reporting requests. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing, ecommerce operations, or a closely related role. Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo is required — building flows, managing segments, and running A/B tests. Experience with at least one SMS platform (Attentive preferred) and one loyalty platform (LoyaltyLion a plus). Working knowledge of Shopify admin — products, collections, metafields, and apps; familiarity with Liquid or theme settings is a plus. Strong attention to detail and an instinct for catching errors before they go live. Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and shifting priorities across DTC, retail, and wholesale. Strong written communication and brand sensibility — you can write a subject line that sounds like GLCO, not like a template. Bonus: exposure to NuOrder, NetSuite, or other ERP/B2B platforms; familiarity with eyewear, fashion, or accessories. Success Metrics Lifecycle revenue contribution — Klaviyo flow and campaign revenue, SMS‑attributed revenue, and loyalty repeat purchase rate. Email and SMS list growth and segment health (opt‑in rate, churn rate, deliverability). Speed and accuracy of new product setup and launch execution in Shopify. Site quality — zero merchandising errors at launch and fast turnaround on QA findings. Cross‑functional partner satisfaction across Operations, Customer Service, and Marketing. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed. Must be able to navigate all areas of the organization’s facilities.
