We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead and execute strategic operational initiatives across North America. This role requires a strong blend of project management expertise, operational insight, and cross-functional leadership.

You will drive projects end-to-end—from concept through implementation—ensuring alignment with business goals, operational efficiency, and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple complex workstreams, and effectively engages stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery, from initiation and planning to execution and closure

• Manage multiple concurrent projects (large-scale or several smaller initiatives)

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, ROI, and deliverables

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and resource allocation strategies

• Monitor project progress using KPIs and reporting tools; implement corrective actions as needed

• Ensure successful project closure in compliance with established standards

• Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and external vendors

• Provide regular updates and executive-level reporting to senior leadership

• Facilitate alignment and decision-making across departments

• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency

• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste

• Support facility expansions, relocations, and manufacturing footprint optimization projects

• Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics

• Develop and execute structured change management strategies

• Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses

• Create communication plans to drive adoption and engagement

• Deliver training and coaching to teams adapting to new processes or systems

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies

• Promote a safety-first culture across all project activities

• Support governance frameworks, reporting structures, and accountability mechanisms

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field

• 5–7+ years of project management experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously

• Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Trello)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or facility-related projects

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification

• Lean Six Sigma certification

• Experience in facility development, expansion, or real estate-related projects

• Familiarity with zoning, permitting, and regulatory approval processes

• Experience coordinating with legal teams on contracts and compliance matters

• Understanding of site development, infrastructure, and civil engineering coordination

• Experience supporting operational transitions, facility startups, or business continuity planning
