Digital Print Production Team Member 2nd Shift (M-F 2pm-10pm)

CO Pay: $27/hr + bonus opportunity We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Digital Print Production Team Lead. Company Overview Craft Beverage Warehouse is a fast‑growing, innovative beverage packaging company specializing in direct‑to‑beverage can digital printing and the distribution of related beverage canning materials. Responsibilities You will supervise daily print production operations and support a small team in a fast‑paced environment. This role is hands‑on and focuses on quality, efficiency, and teamwork. Qualifications Background working in a manufacturing or print production environment. Solid understanding of digital print production workflows, including importing and preparing final art files. Ability to lead and follow production schedules in a fast‑paced setting. Hands‑on experience using digital print software to set up and manage production run volumes. Prior involvement in recruiting, hiring, or training manufacturing or production employees. Familiarity with troubleshooting routine print machine errors and equipment issues. Experience operating de‑palletizers, conveyors, repalletizers, or similar production machinery. Certified or experienced in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment. Understanding of quality assurance processes within manufacturing or print operations. Knowledge in order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping processes. Strong dedication to workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. High School Diploma or GED required with 2+ years’ experience in a business environment preferred.
