Many of the products we distribute are already sitting in your home.## ## **Your role here**In your role of aDigital Print Production Team Lead,you willsupervise daily print production operations and support a small team in a fast‐paced environment. This role is hands-on and focuses on quality, efficiency, and teamwork.## ## **Your experience and background*** Background working in a manufacturing or print production environment.* Solid understanding of digital print production workflows, including importing and preparing final art files.* Ability to lead and follow production schedules in a fast‐paced setting.* Hands‐on experience using digital print software to set up and manage production run volumes.* Prior involvement in recruiting, hiring, or training manufacturing or production employees.* Familiarity with troubleshooting routine print machine errors and equipment issues.* Experience operating de‐palletizers, conveyors, repalletizers, or similar production machinery.* Certified or experienced in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.* Understanding of quality assurance processes within manufacturing or print operations.* Knowledge in order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping processes.* Strong dedication to workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.* High School Diploma or GED required with 2+ years' experience in a business environment preferred.## ## **What you can expect from us**Because we’re a well-known and respected leader in packaging, we have many opportunities here.
