Culinary Services Director

Overview Fairways of Ironhorse Senior Living is looking for an experienced Culinary Services Director for our community. Responsibilities Oversee all FOH and BOH dining operations, including the restaurant-style dining program, ancillary pub and coffee shop, specialty, and catered events. Oversee daily food production, kitchen staff and service staff, staffing, and scheduling for both FOH and BOH operations. Develop meal plans and demonstrate creativity in menu creation to meet resident needs and preferences. Maintain positive relationships with residents and ensure high-quality dining experiences. Qualifications Experience in culinary services management or related leadership roles. Ability to create meals and demonstrate creativity in menu planning. Strong relationship-building and communication skills with residents and staff. Experience overseeing large dining programs and staffing.
