What You'll Do Lead Multi‑Site Operations— Oversee a portfolio of corporate dining locations, ensuring consistent execution of culinary, service, and operational standards. Develop & Mentor Leaders— Coach and support General Managers, Chefs, and frontline teams to build high‑performing, hospitality‑driven operations. Strengthen Client Partnerships— Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, anticipate needs, and deliver strategic, solutions‑focused support. Drive Financial Performance— Manage district‑level financials including budgeting, forecasting, labor oversight, and cost‑control initiatives. Champion Innovation— Introduce new concepts, elevate guest experience, and lead continuous improvement across all sites. Ensure Safety & Compliance— Maintain rigorous standards for food safety, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance across all operations.
