This role develops Head Coaches, ensures standards are executed consistently, and drives district-level sales and financial results. Builds networks to drive consistency and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesPeopleAttract, develop, and retain high-performing Head Coaches and Assistant CoachesBuild a strong leadership bench and succession pipeline across the districtSupport Head Coaches on performance management, engagement, and culture buildingLead talent calibration, hiring decisions, and development plansCreate commitment through regular feedback, performance reviews, and follow-upOperationsSet district priorities and ensure consistent execution of SOPs across all storesValidate operational excellence through store visits, audits, and process walkthroughsEnsure compliance with safety, cash, inventory, and company policiesIdentify systemic operational gaps and drive corrective actionServe as operational escalation point and subject matter expert for the districtMerchandisingEnsure consistent execution of visual standards across all storesLead Head Coaches on fixture flow, product placement, and local market adaptationValidate visual execution during store visits and provide clear feedbackPartner with Buying, Merchandising and Ops teams to improve sell-through and presentationDrive district-level accountability to cleanliness and organization standardsServiceChampion the Party service model across all stores in the districtGuide Head Coaches on evaluating service through the customer lensIdentify service gaps and implement district-wide solutionsEnsure consistent service execution regardless of store volume or staffingPartner with Training and Ops to elevate service behaviors and capabilityResultsOwn district sales, payroll, and profit performanceAnalyze trends and results to identify opportunities and risksLead execution of hot markets, major launches, and district-wide eventsAllocate resources and talent to maximize performance during peak periodsHold Head Coaches accountable to goals and resultsSkills and KnowledgeAdvanced leadership and coaching skills with the ability to build high-performing teams, Confidence analyzing district performance and driving improvement plans, Effective communication, influence, and organizational collaboration, Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sports and retail, Strong understanding of multi-store operations and business executionQualifications3-5 years of Store Management experience required1-2 years of multi-store management experience preferredAssociates or Bachelor’s degree preferredAvailability to work 40 hours per week with open availability including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports eventsPhysical RequirementsMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to bend, reach, and climb laddersTravel RequirementsMust be able to travel up to 2 weeks at a time during eventsPay Range$80,000.00 - $140,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
