On-site work policy: 6 days in-office (half-day Saturdays) near Union Square, San Francisco

About this role

We are looking for a Founding Growth & Operations hire with 2-4 years of experience to join an AI-native law firm that's redefining how startups handle legal. You'll be a high-agency generalist who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments — helping drive growth experiments, run events, and build the operational playbooks that scale a generational company.

What will you be doing?

• Own and execute the company's dinners and events program end to end — logistics, guest lists, and follow-up
• Run growth experiments across new channels and double down on what works to generate more prospects and leads
• Help plan and execute a major product launch later this year, including creative guerrilla marketing ideas
• Collaborate with the 4-person go-to-market team (2 sales, 2 growth) to develop new growth initiatives
• Build repeatable operational systems and playbooks that the whole team relies on to scale

Key Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience at an early-stage startup or high-growth company (no purely big-corp backgrounds)
• Demonstrated ownership of projects end to end — must have driven outcomes independently, not just played a supporting role
• Creative, resourceful, and able to figure things out without existing systems or playbooks in place
• Comfortable with a high-intensity, 6-day-a-week (half-day Saturdays) in-person culture in San Francisco
• Mix of growth and marketing experience preferred — not purely one or the other

Role responsibilities

• Own and execute events, dinners, and conferences end to end including logistics, guest lists, and follow-up

• Run growth experiments across conferences, launches, and new channels, and double down on what works

• Drive product and feature launches from planning through execution

• Support customer onboarding and make every new customer's first experience exceptional

• Build the operational systems and playbooks that let us scale what's working

• Jump on whatever needs doing to keep the company moving fast
