BEVERAGE PROGRAM SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Provides the first level of supervision of food, beverage, and meal services while also overseeing production. Responsibilities Ensure high quality, good-tasting and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames. Review menu and production needs to oversee and manage daily functions. Monitor staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly. Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels. Communicate to staff regularly, both formally and informally. Enforce safety standards with employees. Ensure sanitation standards are enforced daily and sign‑off on cleaning procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Lead the client's onsite beverage program in a corporate account setting. Develop seasonal menus for the cocktail bar and coffee bar concepts. Provide training and leadership to bartenders and baristas while supporting during service at the bar. Position Details Title: Beverage Program Supervisor – full time. Hiring status: Immediately, full time. Location: Kirkland & Ellis Chicago – 333 Wolf Point, Chicago, IL 60654. Schedule: Monday through Friday, hours may vary. Pay Rate: $34.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available. Free meals, uniforms and laundering service available at select locations. Requirements Previous 2 years of bartending experience required. Previous barista experience preferred.
