*Magnet Program Coordinator- Nursing Administration

Responsibilities Assumes organization-wide responsibility for leading and coordinating activities related to the hospital’s journey to obtain and maintain Magnet designation. Acts as a resource and liaison between the Chief Nursing Officer and others to assess and facilitate organizational readiness. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. Masters Degree in Nursing preferred. Maintains current expert knowledge of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program requirements. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access). Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, detail oriented, and exceptionally organized. Good communication skills both verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with professional work ethics.
