Job Summary:

Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered nursing care in a dynamic operating room environment that upholds professional nursing standards and fosters relationship-based care. This role emphasizes best practices and exceptional customer service within acute care settings including surgery units, emergency departments, intensive care, and specialized procedural areas.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Apply advanced clinical knowledge and technical skills to deliver high-quality patient care and make informed patient care assignments based on acuity and expertise.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent with at least five years of acute care nursing experience if from a non-accredited program.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or required within five years of hire; enrollment in an accelerated MSN program is acceptable.
• Completion and maintenance of area-specific certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, or specialty certifications as required.

Licensure and Certifications:

• Current active Registered Nurse license as required by the state nursing board.
