Solution Architect - Consultant

Role Description
Nymbus is seeking a Solution Architect – Consultant to serve as the primary technical point person for financial institution clients as they build customer-facing products and their own analytics environments on top of Nymbus Connect data services. This role sits at the intersection of client consulting, data architecture, and solution delivery.
- Help clients understand and adopt optimal patterns for using Nymbus Connect's real-time and batch data capabilities.
- Engage with clients for the duration of an engagement and transition to support the next client engagement as needs arise.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, well-documented, and effective data integration solutions.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology roles, including significant experience as a senior technical consultant, solution architect, or similar client-facing technical role.
- Strong background in software development, with hands-on development experience earlier in the career.
- Proven experience working with event streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka) and file-based data formats (e.g., Parquet) in production environments.
- Experience with data mapping, data integration, or data pipeline work between disparate systems.
- Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders on technical solution delivery.
- Experience in the financial services or banking industry.
