Job Description Job Description The Staffing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting temporary and contract staffing needs by managing candidate screening, interview scheduling, client communication, and onboarding coordination. This individual works closely with hiring managers on a daily basis to ensure an efficient and effective staffing process, serving as an individual contributor without direct team management responsibilities. Responsibilities Screen candidates to evaluate qualifications and fit for temporary and contract roles Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the staffing process Coordinate onboarding procedures for new temporary and contract hires Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in staffing or recruitment Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and organizational skills High attention to detail Excellent customer service abilities Effective teamwork skills Company Description We are a local staffing agency that works very closely with our employees and our clients to make sure we support everyone.
