We are looking for a Sterilization Assistant who is dependable, organized, and takes pride in supporting a fast-paced, patient-centered practice. What You'll Do
• Sterilize and process dental instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.• Prepare and stock treatment rooms before each patient.• Turn over operatories efficiently between appointments.• Maintain an organized sterilization area and clinical supply inventory.• Ensure instruments and equipment are ready to support the clinical team throughout the day.• Assist doctors, hygienists, and dental assistants as needed.• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients and team.• Follow all infection control and safety protocols.

What We're Looking For
• Dental experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right person.• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.• Reliable, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.• Team player who enjoys helping others succeed.• Passion for creating an exceptional patient experience.
