Marketing Assistant

Job TitleResponsibilities:Maintain the Product Information Management (PIM) database including specs, dimensions, images, and persuasive copyCreate and maintain spreadsheet-based price sheets for the companyInventory reporting as neededAssist with content development and performance analysis of the company's email and social media marketing campaigns as neededCommunicate with vendors to request and obtain current, relevant product information and marketing assetsHelp plan and prepare for trade shows throughout the yearAssist dealers with build sheets and web portal maintenanceAssist in completing the vast variety of project requests submitted to the Marketing DepartmentSupport other departments with the design and creation of shipping labels, bar codes, photo editing; whatever is needed to make their jobs more efficientJob Qualifications:Minimum Associates degree requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to work with FTP sites for upload/download of dataAdobe Graphics Software (Required)Experience and knowledge of print and digital marketing including but not limited to email and social media marketing (Required)Ability to work within a team and take pride of ownership in work performedDemonstrates the ability to take initiative and problem solveReliable attendance and work historyEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple assignments while working on potentially short deadlines
