As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. In this role, you’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. Responsibilities Responsible for day‑to‑day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people and things, and internal and external communication with referral sources. Provide excellent support on inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families. Become a subject‑matter expert on autism to help others understand how we help children and families. Handle various marketing and admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership. Qualifications A positive and contagious attitude that shows readiness to engage with families. 1‑2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
