Tour Receptionist

We’re seeking an Administrative Associate to join our team in Gatlinburg, TN. This role supports multiple functions, including Front Desk, Tour Reception, and Gifting , ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Position Details
Pay: $18 per hour
Location: Onsite - Gatlinburg, TN
Schedule: Daytime hours with weekend and most holiday availability required

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a smooth arrival experience
- Assist with payments, reservations, and itinerary planning for local attractions
- Provide area information, directions, and show details
- Coordinate with vendors for entertainment, dining, and lodging
- Prepare and distribute vouchers for shows and restaurants
- Communicate updates to Sales Managers and Admin Leads
- Maintain accurate daily reports and tour profiles
- Keep the lobby clean and stocked with materials
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Computer skills and working within multiple CRM's
- Weekend and holiday availability required
