Job Details Envision Envoy team is seeking a Pediatric Emergency Medicine clinician for ER work in Texas. Position type: 1099 Independent Contractor. Work hours: 50 hours per physician with the following shift options: 6 a.m. – 4 p.m. 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. 2 p.m. – 12 a.m. 4 p.m. – 2 a.m. 9 p.m. – 6 a.m. 12 p.m. – 8 p.m. (Surge Shift) Coverage includes 24/7 in‑house PICU care with pediatric subspecialty support. Patient volume averages about 32 children per day, with an annual volume of ~18,000 patients. Trauma designation: Level II. Backup specialties include Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Genetics, Infectious Diseases, Neonatology, Nephrology, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Pulmonology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat), Surgery and Anesthesiology, and Urology. Requirements: Active Texas medical license and fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Compensation: Competitive, 1099 Independent Contractor rate. Malpractice insurance covered. Travel and lodging arranged with concierge‑level travel arrangements.
