Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to join our care team. In this role, you will provide essential daily support to our residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, mobility, feeding, and other activities of daily living, while monitoring and reporting changes in their condition. The ideal candidate holds a current CBRF certification, demonstrates patience and strong communication skills, and is committed to delivering dignified, person-centered care. Prior experience in a long-term care or clinical setting is a plus. If you take pride in making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you.

Silver Springs of Mequon is a licensed eight-bed assisted living home in Mequon, Wisconsin, offering personal care, medication management, and home-cooked meals in a warm residential setting. We specialize in memory care and partner with hospice providers so residents can age in place — comfortably, and surrounded by people who know them.
