Caregiver Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care to clients including companionship personal care and household support.
Serve as a point of contact for clients families and the office team to address concerns or changes in care.
Assist with coverage for client shifts.
Promote best practices and uphold Home Insteads mission of providing compassionate care.

Essential Qualifications:

Previous caregiving experience required; leadership experience preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients families and team members.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Background check drug screen and DMV check required.
Valid drivers license social security card auto insurance reliable vehicle and clean driving record to transport clients required
