Account Administrator II: Client Accounts & Reconciliation

Carvana

ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, seeks an administrative management specialist to handle customer accounts and oversee financial, inventory, and sale day activities. You will be the primary contact for operations, ensuring accuracy and seamless experiences for commercial and dealer partners.

Reporting to the CAM or leader, you will coordinate cross-functional tasks, maintain data integrity, and support the sales team while upholding compliance and process standards.
