Were looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist who thrives in a high-volume, fast-moving environment. Youll take ownership of the full-cycle accounts payable process , work closely with internal teams and vendors, and help improve processes as the organization continues to grow.

If youre comfortable processing 200+ invoices per week , understand 3-way matching , and enjoy digging into discrepancies rather than simply passing them along, wed love to hear from you.

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process , ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time.
• Process and route approximately 200250 invoices per week .
• Perform 3-way matching and resolve invoice, PO, receiving, and payment discrepancies.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Receiving to keep invoices and payments moving.
• Identify the root causes of payment delays and errors and help implement corrective solutions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, workflows, and systems .
• Administer the corporate credit card program, including account setup, fraud monitoring, monthly statement review, and posting.
• Support travel and expense processes, including policy compliance, approvals, and payments.
• Perform general ledger activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations .
• Assist with external financial statement audits.
• Support tax compliance activities, including annual 1099 filings .

• 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Strong experience with 3-way matching
• Demonstrated ability to process 200+ invoices per week
• Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced, or technology-driven environment
• Strong reconciliation and vendor maintenance experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and work across departments to resolve them

• Experience with Tipalti and/or Ramp
• Experience supporting AP process improvements or system enhancements

• 100% onsite in Seattle, WA
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Public transportation is recommended for commuting

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $37.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Seattle,WA.
