Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Silver Spring, MD
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR position with competitive pay and modern equipment? Join American Trucking Group for dry van routes that offer impressive mileage potential and performance bonuses. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving with our well-maintained fleet and steady earning opportunities.
Home Time:
- Typically out 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight.
- We aim for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occur.
- Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, assuming secured parking responsibility.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times.
- 100% no-touch freight primarily involves automotive loads for efficient operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
- Base rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles monthly.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35, with potential for dedicated drivers to achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly.
- Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
