Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new and existing patients, utilizing standardized tools and personalized interviews to ensure accurate diagnoses.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs and goals of each patient.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing among others.

• Maintain diligent and timely documentation of clinical records in accordance with industry standards and clinic policies to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, attending regular case review meetings and contributing expertise to enhance patient care strategies.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them with resources and coping strategies.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in the mental health field through participation in continuous education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, who are dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
