Position Responsibilities Include

• Maintain Financial Records : Ensure accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process Payroll : Accurately handle payroll and manage employee benefits and deductions.
• Prepare Financial Reports : Generate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports for leadership review.
• Reconcile Accounts : Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze Financial Data : Provide detailed reports to inform operational decisions.
• Highlight Key Metrics : Track utilization rates, profitability, and budget variance.
• Support Budgeting : Collaborate on creating budgets and forecasting financial scenarios.
• Monitor Expenses : Track expenses against budgets and provide actionable insights.
• Manage Tax Compliance : Handle tax filings, ensure regulatory adherence, and advise on risks.
• Assist with Tax Preparation : Compile and organize documentation for tax filings.
